This role can be performed remotely, and onboarding training must be completed in person at Head Office (Lincoln LN6 3TA) for 2 - 4 weeks required. The ability to commute daily for training during the onboarding period is required.

This role consists mainly of handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails from existing Cool Milk customers (schools, nurseries, parents). You will become part of our fantastic customer service team with the opportunity to further develop your skills by getting involved in other activities such as processing customer reports, project work and proactive customer account management.
Location: Homeworking or hybrid
Job type: Permanent role, full-time.
Working hours: Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00.
Pay: £10.98 per hour plus generous team-based quarterly bonus
Main duties:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
- Making follow-up calls and sending emails to customers
- Helping customers to navigate and update their online Cool Milk accounts
- Resolving customer queries using all available tools/support
- Liaising internally with colleagues
- Resolving delivery issues with suppliers
- Navigating and updating customer accounts on our NAV ERP system
- General administrative support tasks using a range of systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Systems used by Cool Milk: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint), plus our own NAV system and websites
Skills and experience: Experience not essential - this role is perfect not only for candidates with a previous background in the customer service sector but also for those who have limited or no experience but have an interest in supporting customers and are willing to develop.
