Job Description

Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.

We have various full time and part time opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns for working on site. We have 2 sites based within the Manchester area - Bredbury & Stretford.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming enquiries via the phone, email or online chat
  • Providing support to effectively resolve customer queries,
  • Providing the best possible customer experience,
  • Updating customer records

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

  • 6 customer service experience (in any environment – retail, office, hospitality, care)
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with computer systems
  • Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems
