The Roles
At Foundever Kingston we work closely with some well-known brands such as AXS, Bonhams, Brother, Claris, FCA, Intuit, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic and SSE. Working on these campaigns will require you to use your excellent customer service skills and knowledge to assist customers with any issues or queries they may have.

Job Responsibilities
- Objection handling
- Booking repairs/updating customers on their current repairs
- Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers
- Troubleshooting equipment
- Liaising with manufacturers/repair centres
- Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds
- Answering delivery queries
- Excellent vocal and written communication

Your contract
- Permanent contracts available
- Full time and part time hours from 24 and 37.5 hours per week
- Fully flexible between Monday-Sunday
- Pay from £11 to £14.00
- Weekly pay
- Paid Training
- On site and hybrid positions
The next step
