You will join a long-standing legal company in their collections department, providing over the phone support / guidance on mainly inbound calls from clients and customers around debt management. Salary - £19,430 (Rising to £20,200 after probation) + Monthly bonus taking your total salary to £23,200
Role Type - Full time / Permanent / Shift rota between 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday (no weekend work required)
Location - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (commutable from Warwick, Bishop’s Tachbrook, Blackdown, Stoneleigh, Hunningham, Harbury and surrounding areas)

The Role
You’ll assess customers incomings and outgoings and help them to manage their debt by setting up a realistic payment plan that is fair for the customer. You'll use the system to log all call information and calculate the payment plans - It's important you are resilient and enjoy helping people!
If you have a background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or you're a recent graduate looking for your first role, reach out! You don't need previous experience in a telephone-based role as full training will be provided.
