We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues in our Financial Support Centre of Excellence, with a starting package of £23,390, this is made up of a base salary £21,393 along with an additional £500 Flexible benefit up to £1497 discretionary performance related bonus.
This also offers the attractive option of Hybrid working, combining both remote and office-based work in Bradford.

As a Customer Service Adviser within our Financial Support team, you’ll be there for our customers in the moments that matter. If you’re a great listener and love connecting with people, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be part of a close-knit Customer Service Adviser team at the heart of giving our customers a fantastic and memorable experience. A Customer Service Adviser will provide an experience that is second to none. This service is essential in helping customers during financially difficult times.

- Delivering an outstanding service to our customers on every call and helping as many customers as you can.
- Assisting customers to find the right financial solutions for their needs to help their financial wellbeing e.g. repayment arrangements
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Sharing best practice with colleagues, utilising our internal procedures – Exchanging information and collaborating within your team to share opportunities to improve, and escalating where barriers need to be removed
- Delivering on customer requests, following our processes to safely complete key updates
What you'll bring.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

What else you need to know.
The working hours are currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays, you will work on rotation, 5 days across Mon to Sat.
This is a hybrid working Customer Service Advisor role within our Financial Support Centre of Excellence. When in the office, you’ll be working in the bustling centre of Bradford just one minute from the Bradford interchange, or a five-minute walk from our nearest train station. With an onsite restaurant, plenty of local shops, childcare options, and gyms nearby, there’s something for everyone.
If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Right to work in the UK.
Every individual must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander either by way of nationality, visa or work permit.
