We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (AKA Happiness Engineer) here at Vivo Life and we are looking for an innovative and passionate individual to join us!

Salary- £21,674
This is a hybrid role, with regular meetings in Bristol, as well as working from home. You are expected to have the ability to work from home when applying for this position.

Why is this role important to us? As our Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for consistently delivering outstanding Customer Service experience to our worldwide community of passionate customers, ensuring that every single customer feels empowered, happy and cared for.
But what will this role actually do day to day?
You will have a brilliant understanding of who Vivo Life are, what our products do and how our customers can use them to support and educate our customer base.
Communication with customers from all areas of our community (UK, EU, US and Canada- maybe more soon) with queries through our different channels, currently live chats, emails and social media enquiries.
Liaise with our warehouse team on the ground in Glastonbury regarding order enquiries.
Report back on your weekly KPIs and give us feedback on whether there are any ways of working that could improve the service we offer.
Support the wider Happiness engineer team with any project work in line with our customer service strategy on an adhoc basis.
