About the role
Are you interested in working for a charity that has been changing the lives of older people and those with learning disabilities and dementia for over 25 years?
We have an opening for an Administrator to join our friendly home based in Stoke Mandeville. We are looking for a new member of the team that is experienced in financial duties such as book-keeping, driving occupancy within the home, financial procedures and utilising various payment methods, whilst maintaining excellent communication skills.

About you!
Do you need experience? Our ideal candidate would have some impressive front of house skills that they could utilise when meeting and greeting visitors, healthcare professionals and residents' families.
You must have great organisation skills and be able to prioritise tasks dependant on timeframes, have an interest in supporting those within the Health and Social Care sector and want to make a difference.
Working in a healthcare industry requires you to remain up to date and follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure an effective method of working, whilst adapting to change and managing emergency situations within the home. This will require a multidisciplinary approach and will require you to work closely with members of senior management.

Established since 1992, we're a charity and not-for-profit organisation that provides care and support for older people and adults with learning disabilities. Today, we have up to 1300 staff supporting over 1,100 residents at services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
