Customer Service Advisor
Hourly Salary: £11 per hour (to be reviewed in 6 months)
Yearly: Salary: £20,020.00 (35 paid hours/week)
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with one hour break.

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting a full-time Admin/Customer Service Assistant, who is energetic, customer focused person to join our busy office team. You will be responsible for dealing proficiently with customer queries and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service when looking for help or information. You will be a conscientious team member with the ability to find and share information across departments. You will also have administrative duties to fulfil.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner via email and telephone
- Answering telephone calls and dealing proficiently with customer queries
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery schedules
- Taking phone orders and payments and raising invoices
- Processing web orders and raising sales invoices
- Assisting the Trade, Customer Services and Amazon teams when needed
- Maintaining internal databases
- Any other administrative duty deemed necessary by management, including cover for members of the office team and other administrative roles.

Required Qualification / Experience:
- Excellent telephone, communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience processing orders and invoices is preferred
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office within strict deadlines
- Two years’ recent experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office experience – Excel & Word, Outlook.
