Job Description for Customer Service Advisor
Completion of the daily tasks list.
Customer daily transactions, sending invoices and ensuring customer payments are up to date. Following late payment procedures according to SSA guidelines.
Management of diary notes, storage and office contracts and reservations.
Management of incoming calls and emails.
Providing quotations for storage units & office suites.
Conducting viewings on self storage units and office suites.
Assisting with marketing projects to promote the business.
General cleaning/maintenance of the storage facility and grounds.
Additional reception duties as and where required i.e. filing, photocopying, etc.
Supervision of the facility where lone working.
Any other duties as required by management.
The Applicant Must have the following:
Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages (to include Word & Excel)
Have a positive outlook and ability to work within a team and individually
Availability to start immediately would be preferred, but will wait for the right candidate
A full driving license and ownership/access to a vehicle is preferred
Reside within 30 minutes travel distance to the premises
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm); Two Saturdays each month on a rota basis (9am - 1pm)
