Job description
We are currently recruiting experienced Home Based Customer Service Advisors to start immediately on a FTC until 26th April.
What will I do in the role?
Within this role you will be handling outbound calls to volunteers to advise and answer any questions that they may have.
What do I need?
You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, along with great listening skills. You will be highly resilient with a calm disposition and able to demonstrate an empathetic approach to quickly forge a strong rapport with every customer.
What will I be paid?
Pay rate: £9.90 per hour
Working Hours
- Shift patterns between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and between 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday.
- Full time – 40 hours per week
- FTC until 26th April
