Customer Service Advisor – Evenings Only (up to 16 hours per week)

We have exciting opportunities available for additional Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Services team on a part-time, permanent basis working evenings only based in Hinckley, Leicestershire (LE10).
Shift: Monday to Friday (16:00/17:00 - 20:00)

From day one, our Customer Service Advisors have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, providing an informative advice and supportive customer service experience.
Our Customer Service Advisors truly enjoy supporting our customers. They understand the positive impact fitted furniture can have on our customers lives and strive to provide positive solutions, genuine care and professional customer service advice.
A typical day in the life of our Weekend Customer Service Advisor can include:
- Contacting customers throughout all stages of the Hammonds Customer Journey.
- Supporting the Customer Service inboxes and administration.
- Contacting customers and advising next steps; offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels
- Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
- Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
