Customer Service Advisor - Full Time/Permanent
Glasgow City Centre
£23,000

We are currently recruiting for a client who are a leading business within the communications industry. They are an award winning company and leading provider within several business markets.

Role:

  • You will be speaking to clients via phone, live chat and email
  • You will act as the prime customer contact point for all query types
  • Keeping clients up to date throughout
  • Escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Handle and resolve end to end customer enquiries aiming for a first time fix
  • Clearly communicate timelines
  • Liaise with internal teams
  • Actively manage the back office/admin to make sure that customer service levels are met
