As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Dutch Speaker) to join its Spin7 team.
YOUR ROLE
- Communicating with customers through email, online chat, telephone, and other channels that are available
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Assess customer requirements and aim to resolve queries first time whenever possible.
- Communicating and coordinating with back offices when necessary.
- Have basic knowledge with Microsoft & profound knowledge computers.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Upholding all procedures for internal and external communications.
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous customer support experience (desirable but not necessary).
- Computer literate and able to multitask.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work to targets, be self-motivated, focused and assertive
- Previous experience/knowledge of RG/AML policies (desirable but not necessary).
