Join our team as a Customer Service Complaints Advisor working for our client BMW Group in Farnborough delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.

We are looking for collaborative and dedicated Customer Service Advisors - Complaints to join our inclusive and friendly team. This is a full-time complaint handling role with a competitive salary of £26,000 and many excellent benefits. You will need to be able to work from home with a requirement to go to our client's Farnborough office when needed.

  • Be the Superhero - manage customer complaints, using your exceptional communication skills to support customers via telephone, email, and even social media
  • Complaints Detective - investigate and resolve complaints, going above and beyond to satisfy customers with speedy resolutions tailored to their needs
  • Customer's Guardian - take ownership of each customer's concern and become their primary contact
  • Communication Maestro - correspond professionally with Retailers and other departments, ensuring complaints are resolved in the most timely and appropriate manner
  • Customer Loyalty Hero - retain customers and foster loyalty by building trust, forging positive relationships, and delivering on promises
  • Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire - become an expert in our client’s brand, products, processes, policies, and systems
  • Premium Quality Magician - deliver a memorable and unique customer support experience that reflects the premium quality of our client’s brand

To apply for this complaint handling role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment using various communication channels
  • Previous experience in a contact centre dealing with complaints is desirable
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer complaints, handling conflicts and negotiations like a pro
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a dash of charm and wit
  • Stellar interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Multitasking prowess and the ability to handle high volumes
  • Expert objection handling skills
