Job description
Robert Heath Heating One of the UK’s Leading Social Housing Gas Contractors has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team (Home based) . As a customer service advisor, your role will be dealing with incoming calls for repairs & servicing of heating systems for customers in the social & supported housing sector.
The Role Since 1979 we have been leaders in delivering excellent Customer Service to our clients and their residents, putting them at the heart of everything we do. As one of our Customer Service advisors you will be keen to resolve faults over the phone or arrange appointments for one of engineers to call, whilst giving excellent customer service.
The Person We are looking for a good communicator with a pleasant telephone manner, able to be empathetic to our customer needs whilst still delivering a contracted service level. Applicants will be competent in the use of current IT software & systems.
Applicants will need:
A private home broadband connection, preferably hi-speed Fibre, we cannot accept applicants using a shared connection or public network.
Applicants must be based in the UK
You will be working from home on an Ad Hoc Casual basis.
The company works Mondays-Sundays inclusive.

Job Types:
1. Casual Ad Hoc
2. Casual workers are employed on an "as and when" basis. There is no obligation on Robert Heath Heating Limited to offer you work, and no obligation on you to accept work that is offered.
3. When work is offered to you, you will be told the approximate duration of the work available. Both you and Robert Heath Heating Limited should endeavour to provide the other with as much notice as possible in the event that a shift needs to be cancelled; the minimum notice period required is 24 hours.
4. On commencement, you will be required to produce a P45. Tax and National Insurance will be deducted as appropriate.
5. The normal rate of pay will be £11.50 per hour.
6. Your rate of pay includes an allowance for holiday entitlement of 28 days (in accordance with the Working Time Directive) which is paid pro rata, and equates to 12.07% of your hourly rate of pay.
7. Payment for work will be one month in arrears (on the last working day of the month).
8. This is not a contract of employment and you do not qualify for employee benefits.
9. Whilst working for Robert Heath you must comply with all Company policies:
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these.
