We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of £23,184, this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 discretionary performance related bonus.
You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one element of your role. Cahoot Team
In Cahoot, you will be first point of contact for our customers, helping them with all their banking needs. What we are looking for in you is a genuine passion for making banking simple as you will be the face of Cahoot.

What you’ll bring.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation.
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential. You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

What else you need to know.
- The working hours will be 35 hours per week.
- This position based from the Belfast office with some flexibility to work from home
- Our opening hours 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday between 09:00 – 17:00 with no Sunday working required. If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Right to Work in the UK
Every individual must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander either by way of nationality, visa or work permit. If you do require a working visa/permit this will not influence our decision on whether to progress your application. However, if you do not have a right to work, or an application for a working visa/permit is unsuccessful, Santander will not proceed with your application and will withdraw any conditional offer previously made.
