We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client accounts, the client is a leading service in providing business travel for executives all over the world.

What will I do in the role?
- You will be the first point of call for all customer queries, handling travel bookings within the UK for corporate travellers, liaising with Business Executives and organisations, booking travel for their clients/employees.
What do I need?
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working with the client to support other business processes
- Accuracy and attention to detail is important, as well as good listening skills.
- You must be able to work well under pressure and adapt easily to change.
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Confident IT skills, a good understanding of processes and new systems
- Flexibility, self motivation, articulate and willingness to learn
- Able to lone work and feel confident troubleshooting
What will I be paid?
We offer competitive rates of pay, for this role the starting salary is £20,592 per annum.

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Start date – ASAP

Minimum Speed Requirements:
- Ping ms Maximum 20ms
- DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
