Role: Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh South Gyle
Location: Teviot House, 41 South Gyle Crescent, EH12 9ZA
Pay rate: £11.70 per hour
Contract: 6-month contract with the opportunity of extension and to become a permanent employee.
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm+ occasional Saturday 9am-2pm (1 Saturday per month)
Opportunity for hybrid working after training. (2 days in Office, 3 days working from home).
Job Description:
Managing inbound customer calls relating to banking accounts and products.
You will be the first point of contact for all tasks regarding business banking (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking, advise on business banking).
You will also be working very closely with the Financial Crime Team i.e Fraud, AML & Credit Risk.
Telephony and admin-based tasks.
Building good relationships with customers and colleagues, that will exceed their expectations.
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication.
Positive and approachable attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.
Understanding and interpreting data at a basic level.
Confident in processing a high volume of transactions while maintaining high level of accuracy at all times.
