Group1 Borehamwood is looking for a Customer Service Advisor - BMW Product Genius.
Your role
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Product Genius position involves:
- Maintaining in-depth, specialist knowledge of the BMW and MINI products
- Aim to create a new retail experience for our customers
- Handing over vehicles to customers and explaining all the product features
- Supporting the sales team when required
- Providing individual technical support to all departments
- Passing on knowledge to the sales team by holding coaching sessions on new technologies
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Your profile
The successful candidate for our Product Genius vacancy will be entered into a training programme that involves in-house learning, product use and manufacturer led training. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and show the ability to work well in a team.
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer awareness.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Full driving license.
