What does this role involve?
You will investigate and resolve all customer billing enquiries and record the outcomes on our CRM system. You will also agree ATP’s, take payments and set up direct debits.
In this role your problem-solving skills will be put to the test; therefore, you will have a curious approach when investigating issues and providing solutions. High attention to detail is key so we get things right first time.
You will be great with numbers, to help our customers understand their bills.
