Wild are working with a fantastic employer placed in Milton Keynes working within customer Service. This company offer a great working environment and many opportunities.
Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will contributing towards maintaining the company’s reputation for providing a high level of customer service. This will be a phone based role speaking with customers to support with any queries or advice that they need. This is a 12 month full time contract.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service over telephone
- Support with complaints
- Respond to queries over telephone, email, web chat
- Direct calls to different departments
- Maintain good queue times
- Record all enquiries
- Put ideas forward for new ways to improve service
- Protect user data
Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
- Experience within a similar role
- Good IT skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Previously used a CRM system
- Experience handling complaints
