About the role
At Westfield Heath the role of Customer Service Advisor is central to providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience.
· We encourage a healthy work/life balance and this opportunity will offer you a 35-hour working week, working between 8.30-5.30 Monday – Friday, with the option to condense your hours and make this a 4-day week. You will have flexibility to work from home once training is completed.
· You will complete a 6-week training plan in our modern office in Sheffield city centre
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Predominantly telephony based customer service role with an emphasis on consistency of quality
· Provide up to date information about our products and services
· Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products
· Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services
