We have an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of a new journey as Customer Service Advisor, if you're looking to retrain or engage with a company that will support you in developing your career why not apply today! You will earn £18,000 per annum while undertaking a Level 3 Customer Service Qualification. After your first successful 12 months your salary will increase to £20,000 per annum and it doesn't stop there... on completion of this 18 month programme we will be lifting your package again to £23,000 per annum plus bonus! You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during this qualification..
About the Role
This new Customer Service Advisor role is an exciting new opportunity where you will come into one of the busiest and most critical departments in our Dealerships. The successful candidate will undertake an 18 month qualification while learning the role of Service Advisor in our dealership. You will act as a relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have four GCSE grades A – C (new grades 9 – 4) or equivalent in English, Maths and two other subjects. 'Equivalent' grades include: - BTEC first diplomas and certificates - OCR Nationals - Key Skills Level 2 - NVQs - Essential Skills (Wales) - Functional Skills Level 2 - Core Skills (Scotland)
