About The Job
Due to significant and increased growth across the last 12 months, Vape Club is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor. We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
- Has an understanding of vaping would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Is enthusiastic to develop an understanding of the industry.
- Is an outstanding communicator and listener, with a professional and friendly approach.
- Has previous experience within a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce.
- Has good IT skills and experience in administration.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Has superior phone skills and manner.
- Is a strong team player.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as the first point of contact to customers via telephone, email and live chat, dealing with queries and complaints effectively.
- Provide a professional, efficient and personalised service to customers.
- General administration tasks.
- Keeping customers, fellow agents, and supervisors informed of progress.
- Process customer orders through to processing and dispatch.
- Ensuring any and all customer complaints are handled efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction in a pressurised office environment.
The above is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and its overall business objectives.
Shift Patterns
- 40 hours per week.
- Five shifts from the following: 12:00 - 20:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 16:30 Saturday to Sunday.
- You will be allocated two days off during the week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,500.00 per year
