Customer Service Advisor
***100% Office based role***
Monday - Friday - 8:30 - 5pm or 9:00 - 5:30 every other weekend
SALARY: £20,00 - £21,200
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor here you'll be working on the telephony, web chat and email side of the business, helping customers with their orders they have placed.
A great mix of calls, web chat and emails means your not just answering calls all day everyday
It's fast-paced where you'll be expected to deliver a consistently exceptional service Customer satisfaction and brand reputation are everything.
Full Training Provided( paid in full)
Key Responsibilities:
General customer service
To assist customers with queries
To respond to customer queries via email
Update the computer systems with all relevant information
Excellent communication skills
