Job description

Responsibilities and duties:-

- Managing enquiries over the phone, email and in person.

- Manning the front desk and being the first port of call for visitors to the building

- Ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately in order to provide a seamless handover to the operations team.

- Ensuring we deliver the best possible guest experience.

- Generating sales enquiries by developing and maintaining relationships with previous and prospective corporate guests and agents

- Proactively promoting Patina as a premium and exciting team-building and corporate events venue, undertaking outbound calls, providing information/guidance, identifying needs and recommending solutions.

- Working with the management team to drive enquiries and build up a client database.

- Developing and maintaining a quality service by adhering to the end-to-end process for managing all corporate enquiries/bookings: answering and following up guest enquiries, sending out and following up booking forms, ensuring payments are processed in advance of visit and securing post-visit feedback.

- Ensuring all guest enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

- Scheduling bookings and liaising closely with the operations team

- Utilising integrated IT systems to help manage data, enquiries and bookings efficiently and accurately, optimising repeat bookings and acquiring new corporate guests.

- Using data to guide decisions to create efficiencies, identify opportunities and drive an effective performance.

- Liaising with internal departments to ensure there is a seamless approach to the management of the guest journey and delivery of the guest experience.

- To understand industry trends, market activities and competitors in order to support the development of new ideas for the enhancement of the corporate sale.

- To liaise with relevant departments/areas of the business (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to execute activity, invoice revenue and manage costs.

- To assist in the production of sales collateral and to carry out market research including competitor analysis.

- To identify and implement sales process improvements, e.g. email templates

- To organise and conduct guest events (such as familiarisation visits).

- To work with the Operations Team to oversee medium to large corporate group visits, as required and to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
