Due to continued expansion of our customer base, a new vacancy has arisen for a bright and proactive person to join the Customer Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing directly with customers via phone, email and live chat
- Maintaining customer records within CRM (salesforce) and other related systems, ensuring information is updated in a clear and concise manner at every touch point
- Checking lead-times for motor vehicles
- Management of agreed paperwork for order
- Updating customers on progress of their order
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries, and handling communications professionally and efficiently through a mixture of channels, including but not limited to phone, email, webchat, online forums, and social media
- Taking ownership and personal accountability of any queries or issues that are raised
- Building relationships, supporting, and liaising with all internal departments as required, enabling everyone involved to deliver a premium customer experience in all instances.Due to continued expansion of our customer base, a new vacancy has arisen for a bright and proactive person to join the Customer Service Team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
