Our client is a growing pension provider that takes on a modern approach to a well-established industry. They are looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to join their small team in London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will work closely with customers to find their lost pensions and answer their queries. This role requires someone who is switched on and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish
- Locate customer's lost pensions
- Provide excellent service to customers
- Receive, filter, and manage pension requests
- Identify and contact potential pension providers
- Collect and properly store relevant contact information
- Research and find contacts to source important information
- Answer and solve queries over the phone
WHO YOU ARE
This role is perfect for someone who is naturally organised and enjoys customer-facing roles. As this is a small team you will need to be able to work efficiently with others.
- Experience in a customer facing and/or administrative role
- Experience working in the pension industry is a bonus
- Hardworking and reliable
- Able to take prioritise a heavy workload
- Open-minded and excited to take on new tasks
- High attention to detail
- Able to follow a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable and confident conducting business over the phone
