Job description

The Soft Drink Company is seeking a Customer Account Handler, to be working with one of the most innovative and unrivalled providers of Soft Drinks, Confectionery, Crisps and Snacks. Working with key products by Coca Cola, Lucozade, Cadburys and Mars.

We are a friendly family business, and has doubled growth and expanded in the previous two years, and looking to bring some new talented people into the business.

You will be working with a motivated, talented team of individuals.

The roll must provide excellent customer service skills, developing new business as well as retaining existing business.

Experience in using computer software, including Microsoft Office packages,

A great mind for organisation and an eye for detail is a must.

You will be contacting business customers to discuss their needs and orders. This will involve order sales inputting, new business development , customer retention and credit control and following up calls from customers, drivers, suppliers . There will be an element of inbound and outbound sales calls involved in this role.

You will be tasked with encouraging and maintaining sales from customers, mainly by telephone or email.

Working as part of a small team in the hub, your role is pivotal in the daily transactions of the business.

Working hours will include 40 hours per week, Monday and Thursday between 8:00am - 4:45pm and Friday 8@am -3:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Computer savvy with previous experience in a sales and customer service environment will be a distinct qualification..

Salary: £23,660.00 per year
