The Consumer Helpline are expanding and are looking to recruit the best Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in our busy inbound contact centre in the heart of Swansea.
£10.00 Per Hour

Your working hours
Working 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern across the opening hours of our business which are:
Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Friday - 09.00am - 4.00pm
The Role
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls with customers regarding their energy accounts
- Excellent listening skills to ensure all information is recorded accurately
- Ability to bring a strong rapport with customers
- Proficient with using computer systems
