Role: Customer Service Advisor – Assist Centre
Salary: £23,025 including flexibility allowance
Location: Oldbury
Workstyle: Office based
Contract: Permanent/Full-time
Shifts: 6 days on, 3 days off working between the hours of 7am & 10.45pm

We are the UK's biggest breakdown provider and we are proud of our brand and the services we offer; we need people like you to promote that brand and put our customers first! The AA are on the lookout for customer focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience.
Working in a busy department, you will be dealing with customers and external partners in order to ensure that our customers are receiving the first-class service that they have come to expect from the AA. On a daily basis you will:
- answer inbound calls from our customers with a range of queries
- make outbound calls to our dealer and supplier networks to set appointments, obtain quotes and order parts
- liaise with customer via SMS and email, providing assistance and answering queries
- interact with our dedicated fleet of technicians, offering support whilst they are out serving our customers
What do I need?
While previous experience working in a contact centre would be advantageous, it is not essential as you will be given full training in the role. We are looking for people who will fit in with the culture here at the AA and as such we would love it if you have;
- Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal
- A desire to provide a first-class customer service
- Confidence in communicating with multiple parties to see a task to completion
- Self organisation, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task workloads
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A calm, relaxed approach to a fast paced environment
