What will you be doing?
Providing excellent customer service and responses on behalf of Tenby Compare through various communication channels
- Working as one team, you will personalise each interaction with a customer, providing support to best suit their needs
- Demonstrating professionalism and empathy to ensure customers feel valued
- Demonstrating knowledge of our service so customers feel confident in our colleagues
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, as we work hard, help and support each other. We are driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
- Experience is not essential as full training will be provided
