Customer Service Representative

Full Time

Monday to Fridays

Potters Bar

Hybrid

£12 per hour

2 months temp role

A financial services company based in Potters Bar require and experience Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will come from a background working within financial services.

Duties of the role include.

  • Supporting new and existing customers across the full range of financial products
  • Supporting customers with queries and resolving complaints
  • Data entry

The ideal candidate will have

  • Close attention to detail
  • Be able to work accurately and within set time frames.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Team player
