2 months temp role
A financial services company based in Potters Bar require and experience Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will come from a background working within financial services.
Duties of the role include.
- Supporting new and existing customers across the full range of financial products
- Supporting customers with queries and resolving complaints
- Data entry
The ideal candidate will have
- Close attention to detail
- Be able to work accurately and within set time frames.
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Team player
