The role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide an effective, efficient and professional improvising service for our customers with a focus on quality and accuracy of information/service delivery, keeping the customers informed throughout.
You will manage order exceptions and work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will also champion the continuous improvement of services and processes within provisioning, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Your responsibilities
To manage the following tasks and transactions:
- Order Placement
- Rejections
- Amendments, Modifications & Cancellations
- Order delays
- Number Management & Porting
Additional Supporting Activities will include:
- To manage customer queries relating to provisioning activities.
- Taking ownership of provisioning orders end to end
- Managing customers’ expectations in line with the product and service offering.
Key Skills required to be successful in the role:
- Order management experience
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
It would be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of Dise/Salesforce/SI/EMPportal
- Contact centre experience

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
