We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their enquiries. Applicants must have one year of previous experience in the field, and will be responsible for answering queues and responding to customer questions and complaints. The successful candidate for this position is a fast learner who is capable of solving customer service issues independently as well as working cooperatively as a member of an established team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering 5* Customer Service
- Monitoring our client's targets
- Setting up new b2c campaigns
- Manage a campaign's success
- Handling customer queries
