Job description
We are looking for Call Centre / Online staff to help us serve our customers by providing product and service information and assisting in resolving complaints. Successful applicants should have some technical experience.
The role is based within a garden machinery manufacturer. We are one of the leading garden machinery manufacturers in the UK and Europe. You will be part of a small team of 7 within our main building based in Plympton, Plymouth.
You will be working for several of our prestigious brands providing guidance and support surrounding the assembly, operation and use of our machines. You will also help customers when deciding on a product to purchase.
This is not a sales-targeted role and is focused on the customer experience by providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours:
* Full-time temporary contract to start immediately. Contract extensions may be offered depending on the needs of the business.*
37.5 hours per week worked over a 5-day rota. We are able to offer part-time if needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Taking telephone / online enquiries for product and service information.
* Resolving product problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
