Responsibilities:
The candidate should have proven technical track with hands on experience in implementing state of the art technologies in incident response and threat intelligence. The role also requires the individual to be a highly skilled communicator. Outcomes directed by this role have a significant impact on the organization's short- and long-term results.
- Design, Implement, and maintain Cybersecurity Incident Management Plan (CSIRP)
- Design and implement an automated threat intelligence platform to harvest and rate various threats received both from subscribed private and public sector relationships
- Presents and communicates strategic threat intelligent process and business benefits at all levels of the organization to positively influence key stakeholders
- Develops execution plans and manages risks and mitigations relative to the strategic plan, select strategic initiatives and organization effectiveness programs.
- Develop close relationships with forensics and legal stakeholders to validate the CSIRP
- Leads a cross functional team in the planning and execution of technology strategy and planning workshops
- Oversees and continually assesses the long-term health, including the on-going evolution of interoperability capabilities and strategic use of vendor partners in coordination with product, engineering and operations teams
- Collaborates effectively with Data Protection and Cyberdefense Operations team to provide continuous input and help protect Quest data
- Establish continuous monitoring of Quest Diagnostics within and outside networks including Social Media to identify any potential threats and take preventive measure.
- Fosters a culture of automation and the use of digital capabilities that improve customer experience, operational performance, resource efficiency, and solution availability.

Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Incident Response, preferably in Healthcare Information Technology.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience developing and implementing Penetration testing plans for both applications and infrastructure through Red teaming.
- With proficiency in strategy, operations, and change management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write proposals and whitepapers, act as a vendor liaison, deliver presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers, and work closely with management across HTAS and the organization as necessary.
- Requires sound technological judgment and an enthusiasm for innovation tempered with a pragmatic assessment of the possible.
