What is the Role?
We have a number of exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our Hub team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be based in a customer contact centre environment in a predominantly a telephony-based role. As part of your role you will:
- Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service under pressure and to set targets.
- Being a customer facing role, you’ll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience of Inbound Telephony roles would be advantageous.
