Job location: Scorrier, near Redruth
Hours: 8.30am – 17.00 Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a shared rota basis
Job type: Permanent
Here at Rodda’s, our friendly Customer Service team look after and process the orders of customers in our heartland of Cornwall and Devon. This includes supporting a wide range of businesses, including hospitality, retail and food service establishments throughout the South West. You’ll be working with top hotels and restaurants as well as small cafés and campsites. The demand for Rodda’s cream and milk is sky high. Rodda’s is a supportive and caring business. We work hard to do the right thing and value our team.
Role:
· Be the friendly helpful voice of Rodda’s
· Processing customer orders and completing the sales administration
· Relationship building with our customers and upselling when relevant
· Listening to and resolving customer issues and giving great service
Requirements:
· A warm, engaging, honest personality
. Proven experience in customer service
· Attention to detail, high level accuracy
· Positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Team player
. Easy commutable distance to Scorrier
