A new opportunity has been created at Daimler Truck/EvoBus UK Ltd for a Customer Service Advisor.

The Role

You will: Manage the entire customer service experience from initial contact to vehicle completion and hand over. Schedule work in line with customer requirements and workshop capacity. Raise orders for work for both warranty and non-warranty maintenance and repairs. Where necessary, raise estimates and explain the costings to our customers as well as assisting retail invoicing when required.
About you
You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers. A well-presented individual with the desire, attitude, and character to succeed. Proven experience in a customer service role. You will have good organisation and administrative skills and ideally a knowledge of SAP, BusDoc and other Daimler specific packages. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred.
On Offer
Salary up to £32,000 per annum, plus shift allowance and performance related annual bonus.
39 hour working week (Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00).
33 days paid holiday per year inclusive of statutory UK holidays.
