Paragraph is a fast-growing drinks media company, and we are seeking a highly motivated administrator to assist the global awards department. Paragraph is a well-established company with a portfolio of publications, events, awards, and websites. You will be working in a business which has high-quality brands which connect consumers and business leaders in the alcoholic drinks industry across the world and have global brand recognition.
The role is based in our Norwich office and we are currently working a hybrid system which gives the flexibility to work from home some of the time after a period of probation.
Primary Responsibilities
o updating and adding client details on database
o processing of data received in excel and word
o list keeping
o collating and exporting information from a variety of sources
o client order processing and invoicing
- Awards related event organisation assistance
- Client communication and assistance
· Entrant communication
- Operational assistance across all the drinks awards
- Results coverage at presentations, online and in publication operational support
· Web site accuracy and currency; working to an agreed schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
