The role
The purpose of this role is to be part of an award-winning customer service team, liaising with customers through telephone, email, Live chat, and social media enquiries to meet the Contact Centre KPI’s.
You can expect to deal with a range of enquiries such as repairs, lettings, antisocial behaviour, safeguarding, compliments and complaints, ensuring you complete service requests raised by customers. You will carry out a range of administration processes, including delivering an effective repair appointment system to customers, aiming to investigate and resolve customer complaints at first fix.

- You’ll need basic ICT skills and the ability to communicate in writing to a good standard with experience of using a telephone system.

Please note a full time role is 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8am to 5pm. Various options are available to cover the part-time roles however this can be discussed at interview stage.
There is an opportunity to agile work with the working week split between both office and home working after full training is completed.
