Hours – 39 per week flexi-time
Salary – £25,237 per annum

About the role:
We are looking to recruit one position on a permanent basis that loves the challenge of delivering world class customer service primarily via email and the telephone.
This role is multi-faceted and fast-paced, challenging you in new and exciting ways every day. Whatever the query is from the customer, you will deliver an outstanding level of customer service that exceeds their expectations to make sure that any feedback received is glowing. You’ll need to respond to all enquiries quickly and professionally via email, telephone and occasionally live chat to keep our customers happy.
Sometimes, customers need you to expedite their orders. At other times, they may need to return an item to us for additional repair. Or something completely different! Whatever the problem is, you are the representative of Radwell that our customer trusts to get them back up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
To resolve any issues, you’ll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and vendors and also internal departments, Supervisors and Managers to ensure that you can get what the customer needs as quickly as possible. You’ll also need to be computer literate as you’ll be using multiple systems at the same time to keep up with the busy day!
What Skills do you need?
About the requirements:
- 5 x GCSE A-C (must include English) or equivalent qualifications.
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong Computer Proficiency
- Good Communication skills
- Being able to multi – task
- Strong follow up skills
Desirable
- European Language Speaker (fluent)
- Prior customer service experience
