This is a new role in the customer service centre which will see you engage and retain a wide variety of customers, supporting them throughout their entire PDSA experience.
Can you demonstrate excellent organisational skills?
Do you have experience of handling complex queries through to resolution?
Do you have experience of working towards targets and tight deadlines?
Are you positive, passionate and hard working with a fun attitude?
Are you able to show empathy whilst building rapport with your customers?

About the role:
In this newly created role you will be engaging with a portfolio of customers, providing practical and emotional support as well advice and guidance. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an outstanding customer experience at all times.
You will be flexible and dynamic in delivering personal income and operational targets. You will be expected to use your own initiative and manage your own workload effectively.
