Our organisation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate is friendly and has the ability to multi-task effectively while using excellent communication skills. This position will require the successful candidate to input data into a computer and has the potential for advancement in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Kind and friendly manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Must be able to quickly learn new software applications.
- Ability to multi-task and give priority to the more urgent needs of the company and its customers.
- Knowledge of all pertinent recreational programs.
- Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines and within tight schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,700.00-£23,700.00 per year
