We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us keep our client's vehicles in working condition. The right candidate will have prior automotive experience, a desire to work with customers and an interest in following detailed instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer requests and solve customers' problems.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.
- Answer questions from customers.
- Act as a liaison between technical support and customers.
- Communicate with customers and vendors via email, phone, and instant messaging.
- Develop relationships with new customers and track their satisfaction level.
- Maintain customer records such as order histories and contract information.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,174.00-£25,066.00 per year
