We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the Warwick office.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is ready to take on some new challenges and responsibilities.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, in-person & live chat.
- Following up leads and placing customer orders.
- Carrying out operational tasks with precision.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams daily to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Managing your own workload to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position.
Details:
- £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Business hours - 8am to 5pm (flexibility may be required).
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
Three weeks of training are to be completed in our Colchester office. Please only apply if you can commute for this training period.
