Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our small team.

Now Self Storage is a family run business based in Ross on Wy. Operating from
16 locations nationwide with further plans to expand.
We are adding to our established & knowledgeable team to ensure that we can continue to meet future growth plans.
Your role will see you:
- Following up new enquiries and guiding potential customers through the process focusing on gaining new business.
- Answering queries from new and existing customers via email, phone and live chat.
- Follow set sales process. Full Training provide.
- Processing online bookings made over the phone or via our website
- Processing payments
Skills Required:
· Previous customer facing role.
· Self-Starter with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
· Ability & Attitude to go above and beyond
· Organised, good administration skills
· Professional customer service & administration skills
· Good communication skills – both written and oral
· Confident IT Skills
· Hands On / Flexible working style
· A full UK driving licence

Hours & Pay
Working Hours – 40 per week – Full Time (options for more hours overtime)
Working Days: 3 week rota including some weekend work. Shared with 2 other people.
Week 1 - Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday
Week 2 - Monday - Tuesday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday (can be worked from Home)
Week 3 - Monday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday
Salary: £25,000pa
Bonus: £1500 - £2000pa
OTE: £26,500 - £27,000
