Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off

- Ensure the site health, safety and environmental policy is effectively deployed
- Responsible to ensure the necessary resources are made available for its implementation via nominated colleagues
- Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to the team
- Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
- Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
- Track team and individual performance of the employees.

- First line management experience
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to manage change processes
- Ability to deliver results under stress
- Act independently without direct supervision
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
