About us
MW Fulfilment Ltd is a fulfilment centre offering full pick, pack and despatch services to our clients, supporting them from initial account set up right through to tracking parcels for their customers. We have an exciting opportunity to recruit someone who is passionate and driven to deliver exceptional customer service to our client base. You will also work closely with the Internal Warehouse Team, Offsite Systems Team and our Transport Partners. I.e. DPD, Royal Mail and others using their customer portals where applicable.
Job Details
Salary, £23,000 - £25,000 per year dependant on experience
Holidays - 22 Days, plus Bank Holidays, plus your birthday off from 2024
Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm
Site Based

Hands on Supportive Management
Full training on internal system and external portals.
Duties will include
Inbound and outbound emails and calls
Resolving queries at first point of contact where possible and seeing through any cases end to end thoroughly and efficiently with great care and clarity.
Work closely with the client and any other parties ensuring they all kept up to date throughout.
Working within Transport Portals (DPD, Royal Mail for example) to be able to support clients with queries about any deliveries.

Needs to have good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and Google Mail.
Excellent Customer skills
Organised, proactive, energetic and can think outside of the box
Able to forge relationships both with internal and external customers
